Bolt-tensioning Power Packs
SHS air operated power packs are compact and robust self contained units, typically used for bolt-tensioning. These power packs are designed to meet the needs of today's offshore oil and gas industry, heavy construction, ship-building, wind farms and renewable energy, where reliable sources of hydraulic power are required.
Air-driven Hydro-test Power Packs
A variety of different configurations are available to generate pressures of up to 65,000 psi. Typically used for pressure-testing large diameter pipelines, hose umbilicals and wellhead control valves. Also used for chemical injection, pre-charging hydraulic accumulators and operating subsea valves.
Bespoke Pressure Equipment
We provide engineering solutions to customers’ specific requirements. Our skilled engineering team can work with you all the way from conceptual design through manufacture, on-site installation and commissioning. Backed by the extensive capabilities of High Pressure Equipment and SC Pumps, we can develop a range of high pressure systems for applications such as pressure testing or actuation of valves and blow-out preventers.

Pressure Testing Facility
This facility offers a fully safe area for controlled pressure testing of components, using water or oil, up to 60,000psi. Testing and inspection of our own products and larger systems is carried out here and live digital test reports can be provided during and after testing.
